    I specialize in building beauty brands—translating a founder’s vision into a cohesive, luxury experience across product, packaging, and brand expression.

    My work bridges strategic brand development with creative execution and guiding teams, from early concept to full global commercialization.

    Central to my approach is deep collaboration with Product Development to ensure the brand’s promise is reflected in every detail—from formulation and function to packaging innovation and retail experience.

    As a founding member of Lashify®, I helped shape a disruptive, category-creating lash system that launched in 2018 with CEO Sahara Lotti. I led the creation of the brand’s identity, packaging system, and market presence in parallel with product development.

    Today, Lashify is recognized globally as an innovation leader with 750+ patents, 500+ trademarks, and a fiercely loyal community driving its continued growth.
